In coalition with other community organizations, Tennessee IPL is organizing a people’s hearing to collect public comments and testimony on coal ash for submission to the EPA since all 7 of the official EPA hearings were scheduled in other states. “The event will be at 5:30 p.m., EST, Thursday, Sept. 2, at the Roane State Community College in Harriman, Tenn.”
